1. Begin the download by clicking on program image you want to install on the Downloads Page.

2. This will open a download dialog which may appear slightly different depending on the browser version you are using, and any security software you may be running. Generally you will have the option to Run the program (sometimes refered to as OPEN), or save the program. Select the Run or Open option, rather than Save. This saves you from deciding where to save it, and then how to run it after you download it. Here is a couple of different looks to the dialog box you may see:

3. When the download completes, the installation program will run, and you will be presented with the normal prompts for installing the software. You may just use the default options if you like, which means you only need click the OK button a few times.
